I booked a 'while you wait' service or the staff on arrival seemed rather vague about this and suggested I would be waiting three hours. In the end it was expedited and took just under two hours. This was still quite long for simple oil service.

I was charged for a faulty tyre valve / sensor which I had had to take off because it prevented me inflating the tyre. This should have been covered under warrantyWhen I drove out all the tyres were at different pressures. They had not been checked.

Paid £400 over two visits and still dont know whats wrong with the car. Told on the last time that someone had put a rag under the adblue cap but noone has worked on it since BMW last had it in. Really pissed off!!

Dear Mr Huby........I am sorry to hear of the problems with your car. I understand the use of a non-genuine AdBlue has caused this problem and this is first time your car has been into Stratstone Hull BMW.
