I booked a 'while you wait' service or the staff on arrival seemed rather vague about this and suggested I would be waiting three hours. In the end it was expedited and took just under two hours. This was still quite long for simple oil service.
we had a small fault with our car which you dealt with promptly, provided me with a new courtesy car for the day while you carried out the repair. Carried out a complimentary health check which was video recorded and e-mailed to me and valeted my car
As above and car returned looking great after its was and vac, also it's satisfying to know my car was service by a BMW garage rather than elsewhere
Over the phone I was given incorrect info re service package. In showroom this was resolved

They couldn't resolve the issue on the day, requesting the car be re-booked for 2 day for investigative work and final resolution. Car now booked in for 14th & 15th with loan car available

I was charged for a faulty tyre valve / sensor which I had had to take off because it prevented me inflating the tyre. This should have been covered under warrantyWhen I drove out all the tyres were at different pressures. They had not been checked.

Good customer care
Paid £400 over two visits and still dont know whats wrong with the car. Told on the last time that someone had put a rag under the adblue cap but noone has worked on it since BMW last had it in. Really pissed off!!
Dear Mr Huby........I am sorry to hear of the problems with your car. I understand the use of a non-genuine AdBlue has caused this problem and this is first time your car has been into Stratstone Hull BMW. Nothing was too much, I have never had a car handed over in such pristine condition. The dealership is nearly 100 miles away from home but worth the journey. I shall be returning for the high level of service. Well done BMW Stratestone Hull.
