The service staff are excellent and you are always kept up to date and the service staff are always willing to help.
Work was completed (airbags), however following this airbag warning light was displayed, when I brought this back in I was told it was not anything to do with the work and would cost me £80 to diagnose - (5 min job which should have been courtesy)

From the minute I drove my car and parked it ready for the service, to collecting my car after the service, was effortless and a pleasure.
It would be 5 stars but the clock hadn't been reset when we collected the car. A minor point but not perfect so loses you a star.

Superb, the staff were very friendly and welcoming & attended to all my needs -it felt like red carpet treatment. Excellent - their approach reminded why I bought Bmw.
The reason I was completely satisfied was because of the attention of the staff,and also with the information received by e.mail especially the video anddescription on what the service engineer was doing

Would have been 5 if a servicing arrangement on a Saturday was more readily available when I made initial booking in enquiry

no courtesy car, although paperwork said courtesy car. received text with video of service and car had a slow puncture, dangerous grade was given, picked car up and still had slow puncture, and next morning I noticed dashboard said service needed

Had a recall notice on my car - work was completed quickly and efficiently
I have an extended warranty on my car and there was no problem at all when I took my car in with a warning light on the dash. I have had these policies with other products and they will try and find any excuse not to pay out.
Service carried out ok, but on booking the service I was told it would take 2 hours, therefore I said I would wait for the car. On bringing the car in I was told the service would take 3 hours and in the end it was 4 hours before car was completed.

The service I received was very good in all departments, I felt as though I was treated as an individual rather then just an other job number.
The date arranged for this recall was the day after we returned from a caravan holiday. I did not receive a phone call as promised, to tell me my car was ready . Unnecessary comment was made as to the cleanliness of my car. Correct but lack of time.

Iwas recently looked after by Rui Pereira at Stratstone, Hull with professionalism and efficiency. Very impressed.
Friendly and professional staff, helpful and accommodating to my needs.
I booked a 'while you wait' service or the staff on arrival seemed rather vague about this and suggested I would be waiting three hours. In the end it was expedited and took just under two hours. This was still quite long for simple oil service.
we had a small fault with our car which you dealt with promptly, provided me with a new courtesy car for the day while you carried out the repair. Carried out a complimentary health check which was video recorded and e-mailed to me and valeted my car

Had to chase for information to purchase/pick up the car. Previously, when I bought my last car the dealer purchased flowers for my wife which was a nice touch. This didn't happen this time round but may be due to a policy change.

I usually view the purchase of a new car with trepidation and find it all quite a difficult time. However on this occasion every step of the transaction was made very easy and quite pleasurable.
Very good buying experience
Jonathan was fantastic and knowledgeable and our experience at the centre was great. The car was delivered a week or so after our original expectations due to manufacturing delays which was out of anyones control and not a problem.
Everything went very smoothly - appointment to discuss options to pick up 2 days later. Finance sorted swiftly. Great service from Jonathan who'd lined up the perfect option for me following a call.
