The service manger was very helpful and I was treated cordially and with respect.His performance clearly indicated that his role was to provide a service to the customers in which ever way he was able. He made the process very easy and enjoyable!
Great service, kept me up to date and resolved the issue
I was charged for a faulty tyre valve / sensor which I had had to take off because it prevented me inflating the tyre. This should have been covered under warrantyWhen I drove out all the tyres were at different pressures. They had not been checked.
Always provide a good service.

Following an issue I had when my car was booked in for a MOT, it was completely resolved when speaking with Jodie, and I was happy with the outcome.

Paid £400 over two visits and still dont know whats wrong with the car. Told on the last time that someone had put a rag under the adblue cap but noone has worked on it since BMW last had it in. Really pissed off!!

Excellent, friendly customer service from the first contact regarding the car's servicing to collecting the car post servicing.
Highly satisfied with service provided. Cost of tyre replacement high although they did everything possible to meet my needs including price reduction
Stratstone did what they were supposed to do, plus it was a pleasant experience.
The people were very pleasant however there was no explanation as to the cause of the faults just a feeling of we'll see you again soon.

We were on holiday when our vehicle had to go to hull. The service and customer service was excellent. Only hope sytner at oldbury will be as good if I have a problem.

The staff were friendly and polite and the repair/service seems to have been well done but the BMW approved used car warranty is a joke.

The administration team were excellent and even organised a lift back home for me. Good communication during the day and very nice to see my car cleaned as part of the service.
The overall process was a bit of a nightmare. I visited BMW to tell them I had a fault on 2nd gear and that is was terrible trying to drive without it on a 6 month old car from new! They booked me in for a 2 week later inspection slot!
The service advisor Rhouri was extremely helpful and explained everything in full.
Job completed as planned, friendly service, nice courtesy car, my own car returned washed and vacuumed.

My car was returned for an MOT, which it failed, and after only being purchased 1 month ago issues were found. I questioned why these were not identified before it left the forecourt and it transpires a vehicle check was not completed before sale
I purchased an approved BMW used vehicle. One of the key fobs was unserviceable when I picked it up, add that to a couple of other details when I picked the vehicle left me slightly disappointed. All good in the end though.
My only problem I had was with the initial phone call reporting the car was telling me to contact service the first thing I was told 4 times was that I would be charged £120 if the problem wasn't warranty related this on a 13 month old car not happy
All the work was done as expected. Courtesy car was excellent. Staff were really pleasant. Also, I needed the work to be finished by 4:30pm - it was finished earlier!
As always everything was perfect
Booked in with no problems, got dropped off at work and car came back clean, can't ask for more than that.
No issue with the works done but the booking in process took a bout 15 minutes which seems an awfully long time just to handover keys and pick up a courtesy car
Staff were extremely helpful and kept me informed at all times of what was happening with my vehicle. A courtesy car was provided and when I went to collect my vehicle, it had been cleaned inside and out which was a nice touch!

I purchased new 17 plate 5 series and new that there would be some time to wait as I had specified a couple of optional extras. I would like to have been kept more informed of the status of delivery especially after waiting for more than eight weeks.

Shocking handover and purchase. Been told that I couldn't have the £500 fuel deal for the car. Said I wouldn't proceed with the sale as that was part of the reason why I came to the dealership, then offered a bribe £500 if I bought the car!

Throughout the process there has being a catalogue in miscommunication, in correct information supplied, customer handoff . As a premium product supplier the customer after sales has being one on more sales closure and poor customer experience
