Car could have been cleaned better, timing issue

once car was in with them they did everything to to help, they were very efficient.

I mentioned that the boot lid was closing heaving and asked if it could be adjusted but did not get a response and assume it was not dealt with.
I asked if the job could be carried out a bit quicker as I would need to wait, they appeared to try and do this for me

I am very pleased with both the customer service and the brief courtesy health check. I got a short video sequence which explained everything very well. I am very pleased with the service and care given by Srtatstone in Hull.
You can never get through on the phone to the service desk to even leave a message. They call you back at work when it's not convenient and then when you try to call them there's no answer. Also problems with car pick up and drop off
Car booked in in good time, courtesy car provided and vehicle ready on-time.
Issues car went in with not resolved. I had to take a day off work to get the issues looked at. One of the issues with the drivers seat is now worse than before it went in! I now have to take another day off work at a cost to me to get them resolved.
Service completed the following day which was first class for me and excellent service. Plus a loan car was provided which was excellent.
Car had bad smell inside upon pickup Driving position had been altered and not put back to how it was at drop off. Rear tyres were flagged as Red but no call whilst car was in to notify of this issue, no real explanation at pickup. No video received

Usual friendly and professional service but let down when I collected the car un-valeted . I was told that there was insufficient staff to carry out the work but if I waited another 45 minutes it would be done. I declined this offer.

Everything was explained fully and I was to be notified when my vehicle was ready. The car was returned fully cleaned and all documentation completed.

Experience overall has been patchy - the service has been poorly co-ordinated between various elements and some staff members have been underwhelming, though some have been very good.
All of the staff were very helpful, polite and efficient. The guys go over and above what you would expect, always remember your name and keep you informed of your cars progress. They also give you some cracking loan cars!
