Great assistance from Ben Pollard. We went backwards and forwards re price but got there. Quick Fit were cheaper but Ben was so helpful
Just one thing actually when I pick my car up at 5:30 p.m. a different person saved from the morning he said how are you paying I said by card I said how much he said we can always charge you more
A courtesy car was arrange for me and the work was done within a day

Same as above , plus I felt the girl who booked me in was unhelpful to my situation and told me to call bmw assist which would have been no use . No lifts where offered , I had To request this both times
Less than satisfactory service previously, change of personal was noticeable hence above comments.In my opinion the service (manager? His name escapes me) who dealt with my booking could deal with any situation.
Things seem less detailed than past years. Then again, I am old school anda bit fazed by the technology involved. Miss the oil dipstick.

Disappointing of late. Lack of attention to detail e.g. clock not reset to correct time when it had clearly been interrupted during service. Failure to stick to timed appointments.Lack of liaison between staff.

The healthcheck picked up a problem with the pads and disks which a cost was sent to my phone which I authorised and was arranged prior to picking my car up.

I had raised an issue to be explored whilst in for Service with my drivers side rear tyre and it losing air on a regular basis. Never mentioned or reported on through documentation or on picking up.Exactly the same.

All the formalities were dealt with quickly and in an extremely pleasant Manor by the staff.

the guys went the extra mile to find me a car to use so I could go about my business dispite problems due to weather
Really nice staff, car was washed and hoovered and the service was done quickly. The technician sent me a video of the car which was interesting to see and showed that all the safety aspects of my car were in good condition - very reassuring.
Easy to deal with, approachable and friendly staff. Reason for the 4.5 is that the valeting could be better! its ok but could be better!

Car was serviced but I still do not understand the service pack purchased with the car. I was promised I would get greater clarity on this but nothing was explained.

Booked car in on my annual leave , booked in over phone told me it would take half hour . When I got there told 2 hrs . Had to book it in another day so another day of my annual leave . Dropped the car gave it 2 hrs went to pick it up , wasnt ready

Hull were absolutely fantastic and catered for my needs endlessly. Mr Pollard who dealt with me on this occasion was fantastic. Polite, professional and ucomparable service given.
Car preparation was good. Salesman gave my wife a test drive to familiarise her with the car.Only thing stopping full marks was we were not given the remote key and had to go back to pick it up on another occasion
