Service Manager Ben Pollard promised us nothing but delivered the world. I have never experienced such amazing customer service in ANY service sector. I would employ Ben in my company in a heartbeat.

issues sorted out the day I took the care in , also driver picked me up from work so that I could get my car.
Somebody hit my car on Saturday morning in a car park. I went into Stratstone Hull on Saturday afternoon; the work was carried out and completed by Tuesday afternoon. I can't see that anything ever happened now, and it wasn't expensive!

Even though I had to take the car back immediately after it was repaired I was really impressed by the efficiency of the guy I dealt with (Ben). He arranged a courtesy car quickly and valeted my car as way of apology for the inconvenience.

The work carried out on my car was completed to my satisfaction and the staff I met treat me very well . Only negative point was that I have white leather seats and when I collected my car I noticed oil / grease marks on the drivers seat !

Always had satisfaction - but with this service they have been let down by BMW as the fault that I took it in for on the 8th August - Navigation/Radio problems and here at todays date - 13th Sept they are still awaiting spare parts/radio.

Ben Pollard provided exceptional service when I visited. Before the visit however I tried to book an appointment via phone (was diverted to a call centre) who were only able to book an appointment in a months time - given I had a damaged wheel - poor

Service and MOT carried out fine. The issue that I had was with the booking process. I had arranged (I thought) for a minor scratch and wheel rim repairs to be carried out - not knowing that the BMW centre didn't do these.
