Lack of communication , it only improved ones Mr Rui took over the matter .
They dealt with the Windows fault and also identified a further issue with the car that was dealt with speedily and with the minimum of fuss. Good communications and service updates throughout the time the car was at the garage.
Car given back still requiring 2 litres of AdBlue

When I bought the vehicle I was told the MOT protect covered costs which I was lead to believe meant the cost of the MOT was covered. On collecting my vehicle I was told I had to pay for the MOT as the protect does not cover the cost of the MOT.

There were some issues with the organisation of the service, but these were made up by the willingness of the staff to respond to these.
Due to poor workmanship and customer service . seat rails and left the old bolts behind the drivers seat which was concerning. Not really what you expect for a German premium car firm. promised a full valet inside and out and never did. corrosion iss
Always very impressed with Stratstone in Hull, its where i purchased the vehicle and will continue to service it there. Staff are very accommodating and the atmosphere in the showroom is excellent.
Wasted my time.
The service team are always friendly and helpful. Rui has ensured all work is carried out efficiently and has kept us updated whenever things have not gone quite to plan.
Still need to see that the CarPlay fix is a full and stable fix. Couple of wobbles so far but much, much easier to restore the connection between the car and iPhone.
Rui I found to very helpful indeed. Making the arrangements to have my car picked up after a bmw technician was at my home address.

Everything that needed doing was done with ease and without hassle
The service was very efficient and the service staff were very accommodating with the arrangements. The video sent online was very good and reassuring.

My car was on an oil and filter change, the service went quickly and without problems.The only thing is the lack of a replacement car.

1 filter was not available to be able to do the full oil service, so I had to take my car back the following week to get this filter fitted. I was also told it would take upto1.5hrs to fit the filter, but I had to wait for the car just after 2hrs.

It just took so long, especially with it being it's first MOT.
Misled on number of owners of car, issued with one key only despite being told it had 2 before buying car - misleading information on service plan on car.
shocking. As above, there is more detail to the story but too long to fit in the box. They damaged the car differently each visit. no interest whatsoever in helping. Had to get the manager, Mark, involved and still managed to damage the alloy.
They can never return your calls fast enough before the purchase. After the purchase it's the customer chasing for answers.
Not good and not bad
Car sorted quickly and cleaned, only slight issue, I was told tyre would need replacing due to being runflat with nail in, on inspection at another tyre company, they were able to sort the tyre, without the need to replace it.
Been higher but for the poor valet of the car
An intermittent fault is always going to be challenge for a technician. However the technician & service advisor ensured the problem with our car was resolved before being returned
No problems with service experience
I was told that my booked service would start late because other work had to be finished. Why was that work started when it was known that my car was booked in? It was a 'service while you wait' and I was invited to spend that time in town.

I had many issues with trying to contact the sales person. The post sale service was unacceptable for the price you pay for a car. You would expect communication and updates on the sale.
