I was very disappointed when trying to book my car in for it's MOT. Nobody seemed to realise that i was entitled to a free MOT which was offered due to the inconvenience of replacing a part earlier in the year. On the day the service staff were good.

The staff were very helpful and courteous, and I appreciated being given an EV courtesy car, especially as I am considering buying an EV. However, I was disappointed by the very high repair quotation for my current BMW.

Booking in service etc very good, only let down was the issue found which was not covered by warranty. Also asked for a quote for some chip repairs which was not provided afterwards.

The bearings were fit as planned but the valet did not happen, to make things a bit disappointing I was told that the parts were delayed and hence not enough time to do it but then inadvertently was told on collection that there was no valeted!

All staff were professional and courteous but I had to question them regarding whether a diagnostic check had been carried out. I was also disappointed that the air conditioning was not cleaned and regarded within the service.

BMW knew that I was going to wait when I booked and then again when I arrived, I was told on the phone because I was waiting it would be around 1 and half hours. After 1 hour my car was still where I parked it. Nobody from service informed me.

Product recall fitting for a new airbag, this was successful. The offered and accepted valet inside and out was only partially satisfactory. Let's bear in mind that this visit was due to a party that had a group recall due to risk of injury.

I have collected the car with over tighten bolts, loosen ones and also missing fixings. There are visible sign that been used an impact gun or some other electric or hydraulic tool. There are also also rusty bolts used.
