Good communication from Oliver. He was friendly and jolly when I visited the dealership to make an initial enquiry and he informed me when the spare keys had arrived. The spare keys came faster than expected and the collection process was easy

Because i had a bad experience at stratstone in Hull. I will not be taking my vehicle into the branch again as this was all too stressful for me and i would not want to have to endure the bad experience i had with the recall on my vehicle.

EGR valve sorted on time. My only issue was the car is making a vibrating noise after but I should be able to sort it out myself. Sounds like some plastic vibrating near the air filter.

Two 60 miles trips , two afternoons taken off work to have an airbag recall taken care of , service staff left me sitting there with no updates until I went over to their desk to find out what was taking so long , not informed at any stage . Awful

Adblue sensor replacement was extremely expensive and the fact it was needed with a low mileage and always filling Adblue as required was very painful

Very. My car ended up having to stay for the weekend as they needed an extra part delivering for it but that wasn't much of an issue. I was told my car would have a complimentary wash and vac which didn't happen but not the end of the world.

A trim was damaged, they have said it will be replaced free of charge, however I do not live local so I will have to do a 60 mile round trip and spend a couple of hours out of my day to get it done.
