- BMW kept my car for 5 days. I did not get offered a courtesy car at any point. - very poor communication. I left several messages for call back without any calls until I complained about that. - car returned with literally no electric charge.

Very helpful at the service desk when I dropped my car in for a service. Olly was pleasant and had a nice chat with him. Steve the sales rep rang me the day before to see if it would be ok to sit down and have a chat when I visited BMW which we did.
