My car developed a fault during an MOT/Service and following poor advice from a junior advisor afterwards (not their fault, wanted me to pay £120 diagnostic fee just to look at it), Rui took ownership of the issue and put things right, professionally

It was a pleasant experience meeting the staff in the service department. It was unfortunate that you would not accept cash payment, and no notice existed of this at the service desks. Also, inside of my boot had not been vacuumed as it should have.

I was greeted at reception by the lovely Sue, and Rui who were waiting to get the running in service done on my new M2. They also went above and beyond in removing a sticker from the car for me via the valet team who also deserve a special thanks!

Service was done quickly, however couldn't do recall due to communication faults which I believe is from the egr software put on prior to this recall and looking on the forums I'm not the only one.

When I picked up my car went home the next day I used my car and the engine management light came on, called you on Monday morning was given a call back and was told I had to pay for a d nostick test would cost £110 I have to pay. It was ok .

Following the healthcheck I was told the tracking was out on the rear wheels. At the time of the check the car was only 3 months old, so found it strange how this could be possible -wanted £120 for it to be corrected.

Each Time my car has gone into hull BMW my personalised settings change on wing mirrors. I need the auto tilt function to park at work and each time it comes out of garage it doesn't do this. I then have to try and find how to set them back up ??
