Service and MOT completed on time and prepared to match cheapest MOT price available locally. Car received fully valeted and advisory work 8n tyre condition explained thiroughly with the assurance of a follow up call to check progress.
The car was brought into the Hull branch at around 8.15am. I didn't get it back until after 5. Delays because of a problem found but the car didn't go into the workshop until mid afternoon. I just felt that this turned out to be too long a day.

No solution to jet washer blockage, after being in at least 7-8 times for resolution. Also, brake pads were overdue when taking car in, upon pick up, brake pads MIRACULOUSLY didn't need changing. Now, after a week or so, brake pads now need changing.
Service of the car fine but every time they valet the car it's just a quick vacuum and nothing else I find that disappointing when picking my car up
Good service however marred by the valet driver. My past experience with the hull dealership is that there's always something that takes the shine off the overall service. I so wanted a hassle free experience however I was left again disappointed.

Carried out repair on 'good' wheel when replacing the tyre valve and pressure sensor , due to rusted on metal dust cap. Rusted on metal dust cap left untouched on opposite tyre. Had to wait until did it on correct wheel

4 days after having the service done the passenger side wheel came off while I was driving due to the wheel nuts not being tightened. A very frightening experience just glad it was early in the morning there could of been a very nasty accident
Lack of communication , it only improved ones Mr Rui took over the matter .
They dealt with the Windows fault and also identified a further issue with the car that was dealt with speedily and with the minimum of fuss. Good communications and service updates throughout the time the car was at the garage.

The car was treated with Protect X which on more than one occasion I said I did not want as I had issues with the product before. Asset protection not set up after I said I wanted it.
During my purchase, i met with no less than 5 members of excellent staff, i was offered and took up a test drive with no pressure in a commensurate vehicle all of the details i required were provided including financial, maintenance and care packages

Slight problem with staff knowing how to arrange free insurance. But not a problem in the end. They were apologetic and offered a free valet of the car in the future. Asked for an umbrella. It is being delivered this week.
