In summary, I was hoping for a better experience however I was left underwhelmed by the staff. The service staff aren't proactive when you're stood waiting, they don't even say things like 'hi, how are you?' 'How can I help' They just stare at you.

when i brought my car in for my brakes pads to be fitted at 0800 hours, i received a phone call at approx 1230 hours telling me what the price was and was you ok to go ahead. i was advised my car would be ready for 1600 hours. it was ready at 5.30p

The bmw dealer and staff couldn’t have done more. Was very happy with the service I received, and if it wasn’t for there hard work and overall decent attitude, I wouldn’t have bothered in buying the car.
