I am still waiting for my invoice to be e mailed too me for the service package I bought.
Picked up and delivered the car on time and treated the fault.

In summary, I was hoping for a better experience however I was left underwhelmed by the staff. The service staff aren't proactive when you're stood waiting, they don't even say things like 'hi, how are you?' 'How can I help' They just stare at you.
I asked for one of my tyres to be removed and put in my boot, I am still waiting for this tyre, over 2 weeks later.
Nothing is to much trouble its the little things that count, the car is always fully cleaned & valeted.

The service I always receive at stratsone is above and beyond what I expected. The loan car I was first given was not really suitable an all it took was one phonecall and it was exchanged that day.

My car had only been in the garage for less than 90 minutes before I received the 'completed' email. For the price I ended up paying for that amount of time, was very excessive in my opinion. I feel like I have no choice to take it to an approved BMW

Wrong information. Lies too. Accused and interrogated. Poorly managed all by one member of staff
when i brought my car in for my brakes pads to be fitted at 0800 hours, i received a phone call at approx 1230 hours telling me what the price was and was you ok to go ahead. i was advised my car would be ready for 1600 hours. it was ready at 5.30p
My issue was solved above and beyond.

No sat nav installed onto car. Still waiting for the usb 11 days on. No response from bmw hull. Handover was a shambles. Very unprofessional

The bmw dealer and staff couldnt have done more. Was very happy with the service I received, and if it wasnt for there hard work and overall decent attitude, I wouldnt have bothered in buying the car.
