Had to wait 45 minutes despite having an appointment. Then the car was not ready. Had to wait for number plates to be fitted, road tax and insurance to be completed despite completing it on line and email confirmations Took 2 hrs overall

Turns out my sump plug was cross threaded could have been done previously,oil filter housing apparently just disintegrated,couldn't remove the spark plugs so I had to get them done elsewhere,plus discs & pads are ok yet was told they need doing.asap
